8.	Minutes of previous meetings To follow. Minutes: Resolved: That the minutes of the meeting held on 23 May, 2016 be agreed as a correct record subject to Councillor Johnson’s and David Broom’s apologies being recorded..

PDF 272 KB Minutes: Resolved:-That the following observations be made on the applications listed below:- Keele Lodge, Keele Drive. 16/00361/FUL The Working Party has no objections to the proposal and feels that the scheme will enhance the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. The Old Coach House, Old Springs Hall, Stoneyford. 16/00373/FUL The Working Party has no objections to the changes at the barn, welcomes the high quality design and looks forward to seeing the proposal implemented. The Coach House, Stableford Court, Chapel Chorlton. 16/00394/FUL. No objections.
11.	Conservation and Heritage Fund To consider any applications for financial assistance from the Conservation and Heritage Fund which may have been brought to this meeting by the officer Minutes: No applications for financial assistance were reported
12.	Urgent Business To consider any business which is urgent within the meaning of Section 100B(4) of the Local Government Act, 1972. Minutes: The officer reported a request for an applicant to present a proposal to the Working Party prior to an application being submitted. The Chair agreed to this and the officer will arrange the presentation for a subsequent meeting.
