The report will outline progress that is being
made to develop the Town Centre Partnership. Officers have worked
within the emerging partnership to redevelop and submit a revised
Portas Pilot bid. To support the ambitions of the town centre
development it is appropropraite that the Council considers support
for a Town Centre Manager.
