New Performance Management Framework

Report to Cabinet on the findings from the review of Performance Management for the Council carried out in October 2011. Report will detail the work done on the review via the scrutiny process including a set of recommendations. Building on these recommendations, the report will set out a new framework for performance management and will also cover other issues such as corporate and service planning and reporting.
