This document will succeed the current Asset
Management Strategy which expires at the end of the current
financial year. The Strategy will provide a strategic framework
within which the Council will manage its' property assets including
commercial and operational premises taking account of the other
corporate policy documents such as the Capital Strategy, the MTFS
and the emerging Local Plan.
