Housing Renewal Loans

 

 

Loan-based housing renewal assistance enables householders to access funds for housing repair, improvement and adaptation as well as allowing the Council to recover sums advanced; capital funding provision has been made in this regard as part of the 2015/16 Capital Programme. It is considered appropriate for the Council to offer a loan programme in-house.
