Minutes:
The Sub-Committee considered a new application for a Dual Driver’s licence. The application was before the Sub-Committee as the application process had revealed a matter that fell outside the Council’s Licensing Policy.
After careful consideration of information from the Council’s Licensing Officer and representations from the applicant and their representative, the Sub-Committee agreed as follows:
Resolved: that the application be refused.
