Minutes:
The Committee considered a report concerning Mr SH who holds a Dual Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver licence. Mr SH had received a conviction which fell within the Councils guidelines for the relevance of convictions. Complaints had also been made against Mr SH.
Mr SH was given the opportunity to address the Committee.
The Committee listened to the circumstances surrounding the offence and complaints against Mr SH.
Resolved That the licence of Mr SH be suspended for a period of four weeks.
