Minutes:

The Committee considered a report regarding offences committed by Mr AR.

Mr AR was accompanied by a legal representative who addressed the Committee.

Mr AR stated that the offence had occurred following the dropping off of difficult customers. Mr AR apologised for his behaviour towards Council staff.

Resolved: (i) That, in accordance with the Council’s policy and

Guidelines, Mr AR’s Dual Driver’s Licence be revoked.
