The Committee considered a report regarding an offence committed by Mr AR.
Mr AR was accompanied by his daughter who wished to speak on her father’s behalf. However, the Committee felt that this was inappropriate and therefore a deferment to a future meeting was requested.
Resolved : That, the application be deferred to a future meeting.
