To resolve that the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the attached report, because it is likely that there will be disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1, 2 and 7 in Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT - 1976 - APPLICANT 1

The Sub-Committee considered a matter relating to a current Dual Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver.  The matter was before the Sub-Committee due to an issue that fell within the Council’s policy.

 

After very careful consideration of information from the Council’s Licensing Officer and representations from the applicant, the Sub-Committee agreed as follows:

 

Resolved: that the licence be revoked.

The Sub Committee considered a renewal application for a Dual Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver’s licence.  The matter was before the Sub Committee as the application process revealed an issue that fell within the Council’s policy.

 

After very careful consideration of information from the Council’s Licensing Officer and representations from the applicant, the Sub-Committee agreed as follows:

 

Resolved: that the licence be granted.
