The Sub-Committee considered a matter relating to the owner of licenced Private Hire vehicles.

 

After very careful consideration from the Council’s Licensing Officer and representations from the proprietor, the Sub-Committee agreed as follows:

 

Resolved:     That all of the vehicle licences be suspended for a period of 8 weeks during which time the operational records, required by the relevant policy conditions, must be put into a format which is acceptable to the Council, provided upon request, and to ensure future adherence with the Council’s Policy and Conditions.

To consider any business which is urgent within the meaning of Section 100(B)4 of the Local Government Act.
