DISCLOSURE OF EXEMPT INFORMATION To resolve that the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the attached report, because it is likely that there will be disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1, 2 and 7 in Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
Minutes: Resolved: That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following matter because it was likely that there would be disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1, 2 and 7 contained within Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act, 1972.

After careful consideration of the officers’ report and the hearing’s discussion, the Sub-Committee agreed as follows.
Resolved: That in accordance with the Department for Transport’s Statutory Standards and the Council’s policy and guidelines, a final warning be issued. |
