The Sub-Committee considered a matter relating to a Dual licensed driver.

 

After careful consideration of information from the Council’s Licensing Officer and representations from the applicant and representative, the Sub-Committee agreed as follows:

 

Resolved: that:

 

(a)  the driver be issued with a warning as to their behaviour: and

(b)  the driver be requested to submit a written apology to the relevant team at the Council.

The Sub-Committee considered an application for a Dual Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver’s Licence.  The application was before the Sub-Committee as the application process had revealed a matter that fell within the Council’s Licensing Policy.

 

After careful consideration of information from the Council’s Licensing Officer and representations from the applicant and representative, the Sub-Committee agreed as follows:

 

Resolved: that the application for a Dual Driver Licence be granted.

The Sub-Committee considered an application for a Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence.  The application was before the Sub-Committee as the application process had revealed a matter that fell within the Council’s Licensing Policy.

 

After careful consideration of information from the Council’s Licensing Officer and representations from the applicant and representative, the Sub-Committee agreed as follows:

 

Resolved: that the application for a Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence be refused.
