After very careful consideration of information from the Council’s Licensing Officer and representations from the applicant and their representative, the Sub-Committee agreed as follows: Resolved: that the Driver be issued with a final warning and that any further offences will require them to appear before a meeting of the Sub-Committee.

After very careful consideration of information from the Council’s Licensing Officer and representations from the applicant, the Sub-Committee agreed as follows: RESOLVED: that the application be refused.
