Election of Executive Committee 2012/13 A list of nominations received will be provided at the meeting. Details of attendance for the members of the Executive Committee for meetings held during 2011/12 are attached. Minutes: RESOLVED: That in view of the interest shown and the contribution made, the following persons be elected to serve on the ‘Executive Committee’ for 2012/13.

Parish Councillor Cairns queried the number of attendances for 2011/12 recorded against his name, as Parish Councillor Cairns only recalled having missed one meeting. The Chair agreed that this would be checked against the attendance register. |

Report of the Executive Committee 2011/2012 Copy attached Additional documents: Minutes: Members considered a report outlining the work of the Executive Committee since the last Annual General Meeting.
The Sports Council noted its disappointment that Emma Jackson, who the Sports Council had supported for a number of years, was sadly not selected for London 2012 due to a late injury. The Sports Council also recognised the outstanding achievements of many other young people who they had supported financially over the past 12 months. Members expressed thanks to Officers who had helped with the Sports Council over the past year, and wanted to record their best wishes to Geoff Durham for a full recovery after his recent health problems.

Proposed Amendments to the Constitution A Copy of the Constitution is attached for information. Minutes: It was noted by the Sports Council that the £10 minimum affiliation fee was now in place.
