Mr Mark Wilson, on behalf of Staffordshire County Council Trading Standards Department noted the lateness of the application by Mr Sebastianpillai to adjourn the meeting and pointed out that all the necessary administrative requirements regarding notification of the hearing had been carried out within the timescales laid down. Following legal advice, and in the interests of fairness, Members agreed to adjourn the meeting, and to reconvene at 2pm on Wednesday 14 August. Resolved: That the 30 July meeting be adjourned and that arrangements be made for the meeting to be reconvened on Wednesday 14 August at 2:00pm.
