There were no declarations of interest stated.

Resolved:              That the minutes of the meeting held on 5 October, 2015 be agreed as a correct record.

Consideration was given to the Work Plan for the next municipal year (an amended copy was tabled at the meeting).

Members discussed what items they would like to see on the Plan for future discussion and the following were identified:

·       Future Development of the Museum

·       Britain in Bloom sponsorship.

·       Kidsgrove Sports Centre

·       Sports and Lifestyle Strategy

Scrutiny briefs were completed for each of the above and it was agreed to look at the future development of the Museum first.  The Chair suggested that a meeting be arranged as soon as possible which could be held at the Museum so that Members could see what is currently provided there.

Resolved:    That the information be received.

Any member of the public wishing to submit a question must serve two clear days’ notice, in writing, of any such question to the Borough Council.

There were no questions from the public.
