Aston Manor Farmhouse, Aston 25/00388/LBC There were no objections. Morston House, The Midway, Newcastle 25/00438/FUL There were no objections to the scheme amendments and materials. Land SE adjacent to J16 of M6 at Cheshire boundary 25/00346/OUT Some members raised concerns over the vibration of increased traffic the development would cause to the listed building and the inappropriate and harmful affect that it would have overall on the rural landscape and surrounding farmsteads.
5.	CONSERVATION AND HERITAGE FUND To consider any applications for financial assistance from the Conservation and Heritage Fund which may have been brought to this meeting by the officer Minutes: There were no applications received.
