3.	NEW APPLICATIONS RECEIVED PDF 10 KB To make observations on new applications received. Additional documents: 22 220 & 275 , item 3. PDF 237 KB Minutes: Resolved: That the following observations be made on the application listed below:- Newcastle Lodge, Keele University 22/00220/LBC & 22/00275/FUL The group were very happy that the building was being looked after, repaired and given a new use. It was recommended that consideration was given to the siting of the camera and light to avoid the diaper patterned bricks and if the wifi could be located to a more discreet location.
4.	CONSERVATION AND HERITAGE FUND PDF 273 KB To consider any applications for financial assistance from the Conservation and Heritage Fund which may have been brought to this meeting by the officer Minutes: Newcastle Lodge, Keele University, Newcastle 21/22001/HBG Resolved: That it be noted that the Working Party supports the application and recommend that Planning Committee accepts the giving of the grant in accordance with the report and terms and conditions
