Additional documents:

Minutes:

Resolved:     That the following observations be made on the applications listed

                        below:

Oakley Hall, Market Drayton    21/00219/LBC

The Working Party has no objections to the scheme and welcomes the

Amendments to the drafting errors.

41 High Street, Newcastle   21/00207/ADV

The group supported the reuse of the building but wanted to simplify the metal

detailing on the hanging sign to be less fussy and ensure that this was fixed into

the mortar courses.  There was some concern over the window vinyl signs not

being very high quality and they would prefer the central sign above the door to

be symmetrical.

Betley Court, Betley  21/00109/FUL & 21/00110/LBC

The group applauded the care taken with this process to find good quality new

units for all windows.  Concern was raised over the use of the secondary glazed

unit and how the built up of condensation would be dealt with.  They agreed that

the removal and replacement of the 1970s windows was the right approach and

they were satisfied with the percentage of double glazing which had been

balanced with the aesthetics of the building.

Churchyard wall, St Marys, Mucklestone  21/00225/FUL

No objections.  The group felt that this repair was timely and hoped that the

chosen engineering solution was the best approach.  They wanted to ensure

that the correct protocol was in place for dealing with any material and potential

for human remains.

6.
