Demolition of west elevation of quadrangle (Block B) to facilitate infilling of courtyard and formation of new west frontage.  External alterations to part of south elevation.

No objections.

Increase the height of retaining and boundary walls to rear yard.

Mr & Mrs Bennett.

Installation of ground and first floor windows and replacement of garage door with window, 2 additional rooflights to roof space.

The Working Party had no objections to the proposals but had some concerns over the level of alterations which had occurred in the building and felt that given its status as a Listed Building and location in the Conservation Area some research should be undertaken to document its history and use.

Resolved:-   That the Planning Committee be recommended to approve a grant of £3912 for the re-thatching of the building.
