Additional documents: Minutes: Cllr Fear proposed that the application be refused on the grounding of the development not allowing for sufficient car parking provisions. This was seconded by Cllr Holland and unanimously agreed.
Resolved: That the application be refused for the following reason:
given the limited car parking provision within the site, the significant additional on-street parking demand that was likely to be created by the development would lead to an exacerbation of congestion and related harm to highway safety on streets in the vicinity of the development contrary to the aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework 2023.
