To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 12th September 2012.

Decision:

That the minutes of the meeting of Full Council held on 12th September 2012 be agreed as a correct record.

Minutes:

Cllr David Loades and Cllr Mrs Burgess stated that they had been present at the previous meeting of Full Council even though this was not reflected in the minutes.
