The Committee considered a report concerning Mr MA who holds a Dual Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver Licence. Mr MA, who was present at the meeting, and was represented by Mr Coss. Mr Cross set out the circumstances surrounding the case and the licensing officer clarified the issue of when to inform the council of a conviction which falls within the guidelines for the relevance of convictions.
