In September 2014 Cabinet agreed to receive a
further report after the Town Centre Partnership sets the levy so
that the full financial implications can be calculated, enabling a
full assessment of the business case and cost to the Council as a
rate payer, prior to the ballot taking place.

range of workshops whereby local businesses can develop the
Business Plan and contibute to the establishment of the levy and
boundary pior to the ballot.
