Resolved:-              That the minutes of the meeting of this Committee held on 9 March be agreed as a correct record.

Matters Arising from the Minutes

Minutes:

Status Grow who had previously received a Cultural Grant from this Panel for a mobile kitchen had contacted the Council to request that they change the application from a portable kitchen to an outdoor kitchen.

 

Resolved:-              The Panel agreed to the change of the project to an outdoor kitchen.

Resolved:-              That the Panel notes the applications received and processed during April, 2013 to March, 2014.

The Panel considered reports on a Small Grants Summary Report, Green Grants expenditure and a redeployment of 2013/14 underspend.  The Panel also considered three Small Grants applications.

 

Resolved:-             (a)      That the Summary report of the 2013/14 Small

Grants expenditure be received.

 

(b)       That the report on the 2013/14 Green Grant

expenditure be received.

 

(c)       That the report on the redeployment of 2013/14

underspend be received.

 

(d)       That the following Small Grants be awarded:-

The Panel considered three Cultural Grants.

 

Resolved:-              (a)      That the following Cultural Grants be awarded:-

                               Letting in the Light                                  1,000 

 

(b)      That, in respect of the Fluxx application, they be invited to attend the next meeting to give a progress report on the project and for the Panel to consider releasing the other half of the grant.

Urgent Business

To consider any business which is urgent within the meaning of Section 100B (4) of the Local Government Act 1972
