Disclosure of Exempt Information To resolve that the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the attached report, because it is likely that there will be disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1, 2 and 7 in Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972. Minutes: Resolved: That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following matter because it is likely that there will be disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1, 2 and 7 in Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the LocaL Government Act, 1972.

Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act - 1976 View the reasons why item 4. is restricted Private Hire Driver – Mr SJ Additional documents: Restricted enclosure 4 View the reasons why document 4./2 is restricted Minutes: The Committee considered a report regarding an application for a Hackney Carriage Driver’s Licence by Mr SJ. Mr SJ was given the opportunity to address the Committee. Resolved: That Mr SJ’s application for a Hackney Carriage Driver’s Licence be refused.
5.	Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 View the reasons why item 5. is restricted Private Hire Driver – Mr LA Minutes: The Committee considered a report regarding an offence committee by Private Hire Driver, Mr LUA. Resolved: That legal proceeding be instituted.
6.	CLEAN NEIGHBOURHOODS AND ENVIRONMENT ACT 2005 - FIXED PENALTY NOTICES View the reasons why item 6. is restricted Minutes: A report was submitted to advise the Committee of action taken in respect of littering offences within the borough and to seek authorisation to institute legal proceedings. Resolved: That legal proceedings be instituted in relation to the cases detailed in Appendix A.
7.	CLEAN NEIGHBOURHOODS AND ENVIRONMENT ACT 2005 - FIXED PENALTY NOTICES PDF 59 KB Minutes: A report was submitted advising the Committee of actions taken in respect of littering offences within the borough. Resolved: That the report be received.
