Purpose:

The 3Cs Policy was revised in 2012 to incorporate changes to guidelines provided by the Local Government Ombudsman and received approval by Cabinet in May 2012. A review has been undertaken to ensure that the Policy still reflects best practice and as a result the Policy has been ammended and submitted to Cabinet for approval

Decision:

That Cabinet approve the revisions to the Corporate Complaints, Comments and Compliments Policy.
